Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Herdles website ("the Site") handles information when you visit it. Herdles is developed and published by One More Journey and Fire Sword Studios ("we", "us", "our"). The Site is an informational and promotional website — it has no user accounts, and we do not ask you to provide personal information.
1. Information we collect
We do not directly collect or store personal data through the Site, and we do not run our own analytics, advertising, or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request) for security and operational purposes; these are processed by that provider.
2. Third-party content and cookies
The Site embeds or links to third-party services that may set their own cookies or collect data under their own privacy policies:
- YouTube (Google) — embedded trailers. Playing a video may set cookies and share data with Google.
- Steam (Valve) — the "Wishlist" links lead to the Steam store.
- Discord — the community links lead to Discord.
- Content delivery networks — fonts and styling are loaded from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which may receive your IP address in order to deliver those files.
We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the data practices of these third parties. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.
3. Cookies set by us
The Site itself does not set any first-party cookies.
4. Children
The Site is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation), you may have rights regarding any personal data processed about you. As we do not collect personal data directly, such requests are generally best directed to the relevant third-party service, or to us using the contact details below.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
